Hand Brewed Tea
Easily brew Taiwan specialty tea by yourself.
Add ground tea leaves into the filter and pour 10ml water. You can constant pour and let it filter at the same rate, or pour in 350ml batches at after waiting for 10 seconds.
1. 將一包茶葉倒入濾紙內，注入10ml熱水；
2. 浸潤10秒後，可不斷水或分段式注水350ml。
1.在玻璃杯內的過濾器裡，倒入一份茶粉包。
2.注入熱水至過濾器所標示刻線位置，浸潤2.5分鐘後，倒入玻璃壺內。
3.再次注入熱水，浸泡３分鐘後，倒入玻璃壺內與前次茶水充分混合。
Set the strainer on the glass cup and put the ground tea leaves in the strainer.
Pour hot water come up to around the mark on the outside of the filter. Wait until the tea about 2.5 mins. Then pour tea into the glass pot.
Pour hot water once again by repeating 2nd step and waiting for 3 mins. Then pour the tea into the glass pot. Finally, into the tea cup from the glass pot, relax and enjoy!
