近年更著眼於推展「手沖精品茶」,所稱「手沖精品茶」主要以「提升商品附加價值及增加應用場景」為茶產業發展窒礙之解決路徑之一,其關鍵呈現在新型態多元的沖煮方式,與原片研磨技術。此類方式實際上並不影響傳統茶葉浸泡所要給定的終端風味,可使咖啡館或第三空間利用機器設備,或手沖器具進行一次性萃取確保風味穩定,亦可使一般年輕消費者因為對咖啡器具、文化及市場的熟悉,而更易於親近精品茶的嘗試與體驗。
The so-called hand-brewed tea is one solution to overcome the issues obstructing the development of the tea industry. Its key benefits are mainly reflected in the fact that the new and diverse brewing methods do not actually affect the end flavor that has been defined by traditional tea steeping. As general consumers in the younger age groups are more familiar with the equipment, culture and market for coffee brewing, hand brewed tea may make it more approachable for people to taste and experience high quality tea. At the same time, young tea farmers are advised to compare their setups to the concept of urban cafes so as to better promote the transformation and upgrade of their tea shops. It will also help with the development of local industries that are highly innovative, to create a rural lifestyle that is also modern, and help the program to achieve its innovative goal of moving beyond the traditional and crossing into other sectors.
